Introductory Session

All participants together. We cover what AI can and cannot do today and why most implementations fail. We also walk through the e-learning platform and set expectations for the weeks ahead.

Four phases spread over 4–5 weeks — so learning has time to settle before the practical workshops begin

PHASE 02

2–3 weeks

E-Learning Programme

Participants work through self-paced tracks relevant to their role. Business leaders follow 8 units covering AI capabilities, safety, everyday productivity, automation, data analysis, content creation, and transformation leadership. IT leaders have a separate 5-unit track on architecture, security, tooling, and AI in development. Each unit includes a practical assignment applied to the participant's own department.

Our internal training was well thought out and based on our company's needs, which were also shared as input before the training. The training provided many valuable ideas and encouraged us to experiment with AI solutions more boldly.
