We've trained 1,500+ professionals in AI adoption over the past two years in partnership with TalTech, BCS Koolitus and Juunika Koolitus. Now we need someone who can carry this work forward alongside our founding team.

The Role

Due to growing demand, we are looking for an experienced Senior AI Consultant & Trainer to join us on a flexible, part-time or deal-based arrangement.
Your primary focus will be training and consulting — leading corporate workshops, conducting AI strategy sessions, and helping enterprise teams move from AI curiosity to practical implementation. Over time, the role may expand into hands-on solution design and project delivery.

What You Will Do

Lead corporate AI training sessions and workshops — design and deliver practical, hands-on programs tailored to each client's industry, processes, and AI maturity level. Our trainings are not lectures — participants walk away with prioritized AI initiative lists, implementation roadmaps, and working knowledge of AI tools.
Run client discovery and needs analysis — meet with C-level leaders and operational teams to understand business processes, identify pain points, and define high-impact AI use cases that can deliver quick, measurable wins.
Provide AI advisory and roadmapping — help organizations build 90-day AI adoption plans, prioritize initiatives by ROI, and guide change management across teams.
Facilitate AI strategy hackathons — lead intensive sessions where cross-functional teams map, evaluate, and prioritize dozens of AI use cases, then develop detailed implementation plans for the top initiatives.
Contribute to solution design — as you grow with us, participate in architecting AI solutions including chatbots, intelligent agents, RAG-based systems, process automations, and Microsoft Copilot workflows.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have

5+ years of hands-on experience in IT solution implementation — you have personally led or been deeply involved in delivering technology projects for enterprise clients (not just advisory work).
Strong training and facilitation skills — you have delivered corporate training, workshops, or educational programs and can create engaging, practical learning experiences that produce real outcomes, not just "aha moments."
Excellent client-facing communication — you are comfortable presenting to executives, facilitating group work, running discovery sessions, and translating technical concepts into business language that decision-makers understand.
Practical knowledge of AI/ML technologies — you understand generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, AI agents, and/or process automation well enough to explain them clearly, demonstrate practical use cases, and guide teams through adoption. You don't need to be a developer, but you need to be far beyond a casual ChatGPT user.
Business analysis and requirements engineering experience — you know how to map processes, document needs, and turn ambiguous requirements into clear specifications and action plans.
Fluency in Estonian and English is required. Russian is a strong plus.

Strong Plus

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
Background in financial services, public sector, logistics, manufacturing, or construction domains.
Experience with no-code/low-code platforms and process automation tools (Power Automate, Make, n8n, or similar).
Familiarity with agile methodologies and managing development teams.
Entrepreneurial background — having built products, companies, or practices from scratch.
Existing network in the Estonian enterprise or public-sector market.
