PragmatiqAI led a full-day AI strategy implementation workshop for Luminor. The workshop covered the fundamentals of AI automation and AI agents, included several hands-on assignments, and resulted in a prioritized list of 10 actionable AI initiatives. By the end of the day, we had established a clear roadmap, which the team has already started using to kick off AI automation projects within Luminor’s data department.

The session started with a introduction to the capabilities of AI, followed by a deeper look into the most widely used AI platforms, including practical insights into their features and typical business applications. Throughout the session, participants engaged in practical tasks designed to test different AI capabilities in real time, which helped translate theory into hands-on experience.
