A course by the University of Helsinki, taken by more than 2 million people. No programming or math. The first part, Introduction to AI, is introductory (around 4–8 hours): what machine learning and neural networks are and where AI is actually applied.
The second, Building AI, is deeper and longer (around 50 hours) — for those who want to understand how AI solutions are built. You can go at your own pace; the authors recommend finishing within 6 weeks.
Where external courses give a general and technical foundation, our series is about applying AI in specific business functions, with examples from Estonian companies.
Across eight recorded webinars, we cover the key areas: Microsoft Copilot, no-code automation, sales and marketing, finance, development, HR, risk management (AI Act and GDPR), and moving from pilot projects to full implementation.
Each session focuses on practical business applications and comes with additional materials.

There are a lot of courses, and it's easy to stall before you begin.
A few simple pointers:
If you're just getting to know the topic — start with Elements of AI. It gives you the full picture without a technical barrier.
If you already use ChatGPT or Claude every day — take a look at OpenAI Academy or Anthropic Academy. A few short courses will help you work with the tool more confidently and systematically.
If you're a leader thinking about implementation — what matters isn't the tools so much as understanding where AI creates value in your business. That's the angle our webinar series is built on, and the topic is explored in more depth in our articles on where to start with AI transformation and how to measure AI ROI.
If you want to go deeper — the Claude API course, the Stanford courses on edX, and the second part of Elements of AI offer practice, theory, and certificates for your CV.
Learning creates value only when it's put into practice. If you'd like to figure out where to start with AI in your own company, book a 60-minute consultation — we'll look at your processes and show you where training and automation would make the biggest difference.
